The KELT-South telescope will be located at the South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO) observing station near Sutherland, in the South Africa's Northern Cape.  It shares the site with a number of other facilities, inclusing the SuperWASP-south telescope, as well as the South African Large Telescope (SALT), the flagship of South African astronomy.

The exact location is Latitude: -32 22 46, Longitude: +20 48 38, Altitude: 1798m.

The KELT-South telescope will be housed in a custom-built enclosure which will house the telescope itself, along with the Control Computer and other support equipment.

The image below is a combined multi-shot panorama of the site from the expected location of the KELT building (created by Willie Koorts).
